The "support" regarding BARDA is coming from very respected partners. 6 weeks and 3 days or so and counting. Most denials come in 2-3 weeks. Generex is still in the running. We had a world class team help with our application.
The up listing is huge. Remember the S-1's are integral to the NAZ application being approved. We need money and the removal of the "going concern" tag. Every time the SEC asks questions they can take 30 days to get back to Generex/NGIO once the questions are answered. Generex is doing their part.
