SadPepe...I can only give you my opinion; Bret controls the patent because he had the concept for the technology; the other 2 developers will share in royalties.
However, in my view, Bret will assign the technology to the company. CEOs typically assign to the company they direct. I wish Machiavelli were here; he knows a lot more than I do.
