Once cydy is uplisted and the SP goes significantly up, I wont be surprised that some of those shares are used for providing extra working capital. If SP goes to mid teens, releasing 10M shares will provide the company 150M capital which can be used for all the P2 trial the company is looking for. This will increase the future earning power and SP will go even higher and more P2 trial...... You get the picture.
