Well, I think if the phase 2 results are good then yes, they will be, however for now, they are very much "wait and see." To me, chomping at the bit would be already in talks and starting negotiations based on data they think will be positive. Sure, I'm all for a bidding war to be a part of what CYDY has, but if I was BP, I'd already be in talks with them! Early bird, worm...that kinda thing.
