A couple things to think about as you wake up to see there isn’t a 6am press release today.
When we had the December 17 conference call that announced the deal with Vyera the call was after the market closed at 4pm Eastern, just like today’s call will be. The press release for the Vyera deal came at 4:38pm Eastern. So we could reasonably expect big news like that to follow a similar pattern today.
But also consider NP, when talking about a distribution partner, said that there would be joint PRs from both organizations. If that’s to be the big news today, or any kind of big news involving a partner, we may see a PR before or after the bell at the agreed upon/preferred release time of our partner.
Basically, I’m saying don’t get too disappointed that nothing hit at 6am.
