The SEC investigated DECN and subsequently moved the stock to the grey sheets. It’s still there because the company has not shown the SEC a working test.
Well, it looks to the outside observer like the company never had a product, just a “concept”... the recent shareholder letter to the SEC supports this. It’s not surprising that it would take “so long” to develop something that doesn’t exist.
