One way I view the share offering is that they plan to use some of the funds to market their products, Verb Live in particular. This tells me they are preparing for a new phase of growth to get their name out there more and take things to another level. It’s one thing to have good products, but they need to market them to capitalize to their full potential. Even after the offering, the share count will still be very reasonable.
