Who said anything about anybody being wrong or right? All I did was point out that there is different share structure information on OTC Markets website than the financial statement you linked.
I think that information is more accurate than the document you linked because the OTCM information has a more recent date. That is an opinion, because with the 15-12g in place, and no SS updates for this long, there could have been changes that we don't know about.
