This isn't a financial statement, but according to OTC Markets, this was the share structure when that data last updated in 2014. There must have been a change somewhere along the line. I think these numbers are closer to accurate than those numbers from 2011.

This may not even be what is in the float. Doc did say that there hasn’t been a change in cap structure. The number of shares outstanding is dang low.

I can’t find any other financial statement showing otherwise.
