The attached video interviews retired FBI agent Ross Gaffney who specialized in prosecuting criminal Naked Short Sellers and states that typically the ratio of NSS to OS is between 20% and 100%. That would equate in IPIX's case of somewhere between 40M to 300M naked short shares. IMO even if the actual NSS is on the low end of this range, the criminals will not make a dent in covering their naked position until IPIX SP is well into the multiple dollar range as Longs begin their exit strategies. The criminals can NOT cover in the short term with mostly fake volume taking place until they can get Longs to sell them REAL shares to provide supply. IPIX SP would skyrocket with the lopsided buy demand vs lack of shares on the supply side. Remember that when IPIX SP is in the $3-$5 range that the criminals will STILL be exposed to a majority of their naked position.
