Re: the filing. I recall this having already been made public so it isn't completely NEW news. Generex is cleaning up LAST years stuff having to do with all the acquisitions etc that were done. They recognized a problem and disclosed. Further they added accounting control measures to help prevent a similar issue moving forward. Not all OTC companies would have done such. we have higher aspirations so we have to do the right thing. This does not affect our S-1's or government funding opportunities.

The increased shares are not coming from Generex directly selling into the market. Generex uses shares to buy things and for funding with note holders. Some folks hold their share some folks sell. At one point we knew CMF still had shares. The Olaregen investors had shares. Does it make sense to me they would take 55-85 cents when they could wait and make(maybe) a ton more? Of course not, but I don't know their individual situations.
