I agree in that NP is well paid.
Does he deserve what he makes ?? We could discuss this for ages. My opinion on this is: if you produce results you should be remunerated accordingly.
Now, I believe that some results will need to be shown still to compensate for his income. But, I also think he will produce them.
In matters of compensation one always thinks one us making too little and the others too much
but I concur with you that NPs salary is in the high bracket.
