craig, I have been invested in a train wreck of a biotech called Intrexon (precigen now). It was run by a lawyer who made billions in deals on previous biotech firms he owned and sold. Those wins gave him beer muscles and he is a wildly smart guy. Then KGAA took him to the cleaners and then beat him silly in the wood shed on the contracts. The share holders foot the bill.
