I totally get what you're saying, but try to follow me on this analogy:
I am a HUGE Derek Jeter (former Yankee shortstop and soon to be Hall of Fame player) fan. For 18 years, he was the shortstop I wanted, but eventually, his skills eroded and while yes, he took the team to many World Series championships, there came a time when there was someone better for the job and he had to step aside. It doesn't mean he was not 100% appreciated for all that he did, but at a certain point, he became a liability both in the field and at the plate.
This is business, and in business, one should put feelings and emotion aside and go with the facts. NP has done some great things, but as CYDY gets bigger, his inexperience (not his fault, just his inexperience) glares even brighter, especially as he has not surrounded himself with people who can teach and guide him.
