lorbas, if correct that p<.01 for interim, that bodes very poorly for success on the severe/critical trial as to the primary endpoint, mortality.
are you certain that p<0.01 for interim?
It also seems to me that the secondary endpoints on the severe/critical are computed similarly to the mild/moderate trial.
I looked at clincalc.com but I didn't understand that.
