All it means is that we are still under a short attack from ASCM and OTCX.
Whether or not news is coming, these guys don't care. It's all them making the PPS look weak this morning. They do this to all the OTC runners.
Sorry if I'm posting a lot on this, but I like to explain what's going on so everyone can recognize it. This is a textbook short attack using every trick in the book to scare people out of their shares.
The only thing that will drive them away is steady volume and an up trending PPS. This mediocre volume, along with their scare tactics is ideal for this type of attack.
