IMO, the people who joined in the letter to the SEC, may have waived their right in a potential lawsuit against the company if DECN is found to be guilty of fraud.
I certainly hope that is not the case, but nothing surprises me about this company.
The biggest and best surprise would be FDA approval of GenViro.
