It really depends if a 2nd wave comes during the fall/winter and how prepared the global medical community is to avoid another global economic shutdown that NO country can afford again. People have to pay bills thru their private and public sector jobs. We can't be steered into another lockdown...with social candy from the govt is not the answer. Heavy govt and consumer debt is never a good thing with trilions dollars in bailouts in 2-3 month span.
So the COVID issue is still of real importance as the future is unpredictable with this disease for now.

Good medicines and vaccines that keep the death toll low will eliminate the fears of tourists traveling by air, supporting restaurants, and spending money wherever and whenever people can.
