It could. The hard question is what are the odds and to what effect?
We already have six phase 2 trials under our belt but no phase 3s initiated and less than $500K in partnership money.
So of that group you listed, grant funding seems like the main stock driver. I have my doubts will will initiate another human trial before the end of the summer.
Lock in your positions if you haven't but prepare to exercise a bit of patience.
