I agree, I seriously doubt they would increase the float after the up list. the float increase is in preparation of up listing and therefore won't happen until after 7/22 when it is voted on, IMO.

The odd thing is that it would make sense to have all of these covid and BLA developments after we are on a major exchange so we get the largest impact from it. I guess these PR's will get us the best financing deal to get us uplisted? Not sure if that is a bad thing. The one clear thing that I have learned from the history of this company is that timing PRs and major decisions is very rare. Mostly they just PR info as it is available and don't coordinate with financial decisions at all. It is a guessing game as to what will actually happen and when.
