Vote can be done via proxy which will be emailed to me via TD Ameritrade which is my broker and I can vote online through July 22nd I believe.

May not matter how I vote as I think these OTCs most always have the votes they need...

Relatively speaking this is not a bad increase... and the company needs it for various things, including any potential uplift.
