Yes, but he outted himself Saturday by posting that his contacts with the SEC were through the SEC IG. An arrogant unforced error. When I posted that the SEC IG has specific authorities, and these authorities do not extend to investigating issuers, rawman disappeared. I believe, as I have for awhile, that rawman is the SEC's main informant, self-appointed of course. Well, rawman is now a witness. He has no protections and he knows it.
