Yes, I believe basically there are two things at play here:
1) NP freeing his hands and having options. 100 Million shares @ say, $3 is a POTENTIAL $300 Million. However I suspect that if these are used the price will be much higher
then and, they will be accessed in a gradual fashion, if necessary.
2) I believe this has to do in great part to up-listing. I am all for a capital raise for this and the other trials that will be funded. Not saying that all the possible funds will be used, but certainly it will mean more options available.
I am sure we will get a more complete explanation soon.
