Rex: I think it would be most welcome and interesting if you could find the time to play around/speculate and do some calculations on the p-values for our trials under different scenarios that appear possible/plausible to you, especially for the S/C trial.
E.g.
S/C: n=51; 34 on leronlimab, 17 on placebo => 25% (33%...) die in the placebo group, 10% (15%...) in the leronlimab group; p-value = ?
M/M: n= 75; 50 on leronlimab, 25 on placebo => Average baseline for both groups 6; leronlimab-group at d14: 1 (2...); placebo at d14: 3 (4...); p-value = ?
E.g.
