Yeah, he's pissed. For a couple of years he spammed how the company was going to be done in by the case and was told every single time that it would not. I guess everyone knows who is full of baloney now that the case dissipated like gas in the wind.

I wonder if he can tell nobody takes that crap seriosly anymore? The really funny thing is now that the SEC has indicated there is no scam here, they've all suddenly become patent experts. I'll bet even the fat guy has many years of patent experience all of the sudden.
