I don't think there was any fudge, I think we sometimes mishear things. I'm quite sure we have 1 NBA signed. What Nader is saying is it's nonbinding, so it may not go through after due diligence. The difference between this NBA and the vyera deal is we have more than one option. There are 4 or 5 more companies willing to deal with us if the one he signed with pulls out or we pull out. I'm 99.9% sure that's what was said.
