Sorry to bug you again. But is there a relationship between Lero and the up-regulation of ARRb1? Or no relationship at all? I get it that ARRb1 binding to CCR5 will down regulate Rantes/ IL-1beta like LERO. Or simply Lero takes the place of it instead of up-regulating it and thus will work on a host of diseases related to IL-1b?
