Raising money at these levels would be terrible for shareholders UNLESS they have something absolutely rock solid we don't know about. Warrants, more often than not are sold at a deep discount and the share price would likely suffer. Now if they have something really special the warrants might be sold at a higher level which would be great for the company. The biggest thing is you need at least a few whales or a huge investor to buy the warrants. Does Generex have interested parties?
