Well, I'd certainly like to know the answer to BlowMe's question because it is the CENTRAL question.
"what are the odds/statistics that 25 people on placebo will fully recover? if they perform as well as the treatment arm we won't have statistical relevance."
Can any of the statisticians here answer the above question?
