Could fda ask for a bigger trial for covid or could a better drug come along and could Cytodyn receive a CRL letter . Then we have Cancer trials take forever . . Any of these put a big delay on things and warrant converters/now stock holders have a shot at selling after a year which changes tax cost . If things go smoothly with the bla , covid, and cancer trials along with financing or any other positives and stock breaks to the upside , then you cover and ride your converted shares forever .
