The point is that you need to show potential partners the technology actually works. Proof of concept. It doesn't happen overnight. We don't want people who put in some money to gain exclusive control of NNLX tech in order to then protect the tech they are already manufacturing and distributing. I saw this happen in solar energy where the big pool companies bought up the patent rights, set up fake developments to look good and made sure that nothing ever happened. One oil company I am aware of put $40 million into a solar unit and then after a year or two of development that was actually productive, closed the subsidiary when it could have started marketing the product.
So, NNLX needs a serious partner that takes what apprears to be a tremendous technology to real production and distribution. That takes time and no company that is a potential partner for that is simply going to do a deal without serious due diligence, technology verification, and a domestic and global marketing plan. Anyone who claims they are ready to "go" right now without doing that background work is not a legitimate partner. So have patience. NNLX will be looking at a very large deal and developing those arrangements takes time. The good thing to remember is that the tech is legally protected with the patent filing as this occurs, and the NDAs create a track record to establish knowledge and access. Another great thing is the multifaceted aspect of the tech in terms of virus types. This is unique and critical.
