Spoke to KB today concerned about the 2 week extension. He took my call graciously as he always does.
Turns out the SEC is concerned w/ their own behavior; and an “IAD” type of situation has manifested itself.
KB is playing long game here and allowing for a hopefully somewhat low profile extraction from this matter. Both parties walking away guns drawn if you will.
“We wouldn’t want any future SEC “knee-jerk” reactions so we’re going to play small right now.”...rather then a FOX news, PR blow out like all of typical shareholders are thinking.
If you win a fight ur still labeled as being in a fight - black eye or not; be nice to just step aside from this matter relatively unscathed.
“The SEC’s attorney response was incorrigible...” he expressed...”just made up words with know valid proof”.
He believes 100% the FDA approval is completely separate from the SEC matter. So does the FDA after taking a “peak” themselves at certain docs.
He was also pleased w/ shareholders’ recent submittal of of their own petition. Thought it had “great merit and was very thorough...”.
We are trucking along and step by step we will get there.
