On May 4th, the Food and Drug Administration announced that companies selling coronavirus antibody tests must submit data proving accuracy.
The Alpha test last month tested the QDX HealthID software for bugs and use.
The Beta test this month would test both the QDX HealthID and the CV19 test. While only test results for accuracy need to be submitted to the FDA, doing the test in conjunction with the HealthID DLT validates the two parts together as a system, which should be attractive to government and companies.
