From what I felt. Everyone cares about their own business. I think NP was saying we give a proposal to NYSE to uplist with them and pay the higher price and stay there longer, in exchange for an uplist.
They were putting a deal together for NYSE. likely a lawyer suggested that.
NYSE is more expensive that NASDAQ.
So, it's a win win if they accept.
