Keep in mind that if we don't achieve statistical significance on the primary endpoint measured at day 14, the study will be considered a failure.
However, we can still score on some secondary endpoints most of which are measured at day 3, 7 and 14, e.g. reducing hospital stay like remdesivir, duration on oxygene, which could somewhat offset a failure to reach the primary endpoint and warrant a further study with a larger sample size.
