Hello Everyone,
Exciting times, eh? I was in on the CC yesterday, and came away with the feeling that the speakers had kept some cards pretty close to their chest, but in a good way. It's good to read that some of you share my thoughts on that. Regardless, I just bought another 500 shares. No, not a lot compared to most of you, but I just got in in March. In addition, had I thought about having 2 kids in college before I retired, well... the money I earn from my little gardening gig I began at 62 goes right to the stock now, even when one of my kids tell me they need $170 for a book for their Psych 101 course.
I write to ask if anyone would know how to begin the process of getting compassionate use of Lironlimab for a good friend of mine- a 73 yr.old. woman who has severe asthma and who has tried everything. I have read all I can regarding the drug and its potential for this disease, and realize that it would be a far stretch for her to get the approval to try it. However, at this juncture, I feel she has nothing to lose. Her quality of life has greatly diminished.
Though I believe that what I've read indicates that our drug would/could/should work wonders, if someone believes I'm wrong, kindly advise as well. Additionally, it would be wonderful should it be approved for other respiratory illnesses/distress, but with no crystal ball... well, you know.
