“I respectfully disagree. In his answer to one of the questions posed yesterday, NP said the data will be shared with the FDA and the world two weeks after June 15.”
Well, NP makes a lot of statements that never materialize or materialize much later. The data will take longer to analyze than I think he is estimating, especially if data from patients is trickling in after the 15th of June.
If CYDY unblinds the trial on the 15th of June, and 3 patients were enrolled into the trial on the 13th of June, CYDY will have to wait for the data from those three patients before sending finalized data to the FDA and publishing it. NP made this nearly this exact same stamens in yesterday webcast around the 20 minute mark. Now, when you consider that the trial isn’t fully enrolled, and that Amarex said they believe they can fully enroll the trial by the 15th of June, we will likely have to wait up to two weeks from the 15th of June before the full data can be analyzed.
Again, NP is always overly optimistic and rarely accurate with timelines, so I don’t think the FDA gets analyzed data until mid-July for the M2M trial and late July for the severe trial.
