If that were true, FDA would have already granted the EUA. Instead they are rescinding the eIND with the hypocritical excuse that eIND is slowing their expensive time consuming approval process for life saving drugs. The eIND process itself is an FDA attempt to subvert the "right to try law". There is no good will on the part of the FDA. After 50 yrs of holding back progress it does not deserve the benefit of any doubt.
