Not a lawyer, but under what legal authority does the the FDA have the right to deny eIND use of leronlimab to American individuals? Under the compassionate use laws as I understand them it is decision of the individuals and their physicians
not CYDY or the FDA. I believe this is over reaching and abuse of authority by a govt agency depriving people who want to stay alive of their basic human rights. If I were a patient in need and had the means I would take them to court.
