"Do we know how all of the various trial outcomes are "weighted" by the FDA in terms of their decision making process?"

This is the questions that is completely above my pay grade, so I am curious to hear others' thoughts.

Without knowledge of the intricacies of the trial process, I can only fall back on the supreme confidence I see from BP and JL. I mean, read JL's bio.

The guy's been involved in something like 100 clinical trials. My assumption is that he knows exactly what the FDA will be looking for and that they will find it.
