Why does Generex need BARDA for the S1 for NGIO to go in? Why does Generex need BARDA for the NASDAQ uplisting?
Joe has from months and months ago, way before the Covid-19 was even a thought said that going to NASDAQ was the key for investment / investors.
With all the potential that NGIO has outside of the vaccine development, there was all the talk about NGIO getting listed before COVID-19, now it's we need to wait? That literally makes no sense.
The S1 should still be put in and the uplist should move forward. The vaccine will or won't take care of itself and push the PPS upward if it comes out after uplisting or before, either way. But, they should still be putting in the S1 at the very least.
