Just noticed that there was also an additional taxonomy code added (193200000X MULTI-SPECIALTY GROUP) which wasn't listed on any of the previous NPI databases. Not sure why this site is the only one reflecting the update and Cert on 5/28/20, but very interesting with the additional taxonomy code.
