I think it's not only odd that NP said they had a bank contract that should be signed last week, that he didn't even mention that when funding was brought up, said they had several banks they liked 'if they agree', but mostly that not a single investor seems concerned that he said the contract would be signed last week and then this week says he can't talk about it. But I'm sure there's only a bgood reason. There's only good reasons in cydy land.
