Does anyone know if the Mexico P3 25-Patient Severe to Critical trial is based on 3-doses -- the first being administered via IV?
CytoDyn has been saying for weeks that this would be the new suggested regimen. And Dr. L acknowledged today that they probably wouldn't change the US P3 while it was in progress -- but I sensed he would have liked to.
I can only imagine how much better the P-Value will be with that revised dosing. And it's too bad the FDA won't see that in the US P3.
However, if the Mexico P3 is structured that way, and assuming the results will be available at around the same time as the two US trials (if not before), it sure would be a nice story to add to the FDA's perception of leronlimab.
Anyone know?
