I see JS is spewing FINRA regulations over on the dark side.   I always loved the definition of FINRA on Wikipedia:  "In the United States , the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. , or FINRA , is a private corporation that acts as a self-regulatory organization "  It basicly says the crooked brokers are allowed to police themselves through FINRA as they see fit, because they own it and run it.  The Foxes are running the henhouse and eating all the small chickens as fast as they hatch.. LOL! And then you have their cousins, the pornwolves, at the SEC, who get any eggs left over from the carnage through kickbacks. Sad state of affairs in our former pretty nice country..
