somebody or entity wants this sp suppressed for some reason...if somebody with a lawyers mentality read throughout all the repetitiveness of the S1 or Form 10 think the answer is there....
I thought I read that some of these loans could be repaid in stock @ an 80% rate of past 10 day closing price.
The more of these to whittle off the books then when funding is secured then that $$$$ can fully be utilized but then again I could be off base as in the past....thoughts only...HAVE A BLESSED DAY ALL
