I would add that it is worth a listen even if you are 'old' to the scene. Interviewer does step on one or two of Dr. BP's comments (one in particular which I regret) -- but overall not terrible.
I especially liked Dr. BP's disclosure that the New York results from the Severe to Critical trial are even better then what they have seen to date -- largely because of the absence of dramatic comorbidities. This is the first time I have heard this. Also, the cancer discussion was really invigorating.
