Ok guys, I have a theory. On May 21, 2019 The Wellness RX NPI # was certified (one year certification). On May 21st 2020 Novitas Solutions were in the processing stage of our Medicare application. Two days later (May 23rd) there was a development. Suddenly on May 28th our NPI # was updated for another year. My theory is that the development was the expired NPI #.
