I had the same Q. I presume they would have to set up a fiscal calendar after the Form 10 approval. So if we go to 2+ months and say their Q ends end of July (like GNBT), they would have to report their first Q by mid-September.
That would imply S-1 needs to come out in the next month or so at the latest? If it’s not complete by the end of their first Q “as a fully reporting company”, that would not go over well.
