Depository Trust Corporation (DTC) Lifts "Chill" on ERBB Shares

PHOENIX ,  Jan. 11, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Tranzbyte Corporation (ERBB(OTC K), announced that it has received official notice from the Depository  Trust Corporation (DTC) that it has completed its review of Tranzbyte Corporation and that The DTC has determined to lift the "Deposit Chill" and has resumed accepting deposits of the Issue for depository and book-entry transfer services, effective immediately. The communication was received from the DTC after the close of trading on  January 10, 2013 .
